Learn more about our benefits.Our team is focused on creating valuable new services for customers, with a focus on plasma and thermal chambers.Key Responsibilities:Work with customers, field team and BU to identify service HVP's on plasma toolsIdentify required changes needed to improve hardware performanceWork with engineering team and vendors to prototype and test hardwareDesign, collect data, analyze and compile reports on engineering experimentsAnalyze test results and generate marketing reports to demonstrate value to customersTechnical Skills:5+ years of Sym3 etch hardware experience requiredProblem solving, root cause mechanism development and validationTechnical presentation and communication skills requiredProduct development experience is a plusRequirements/Education:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plasma or relatedYears of Experience:5 or moreBusiness Expertise:Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketLeadership:Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsProblem Solving:Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpact:Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesInterpersonal Skills:Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensusQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher5+ YearsFull timeAssignee / RegularYes, 10% of the TimeNo
