We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) while fostering a positive classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons
• Differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs
• Using data-driven instruction to monitor student progress
• Maintaining a structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with grade-level and special education teams
• Participating in IEP meetings, conferences, and school events
• Maintaining accurate records and assessment data
• Communicating regularly with families
• Integrating educational technology effectively

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard Elementary Certification (K6)
• Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications include:

• Master's degree in Education
• Dual certification (Special Education or ESL)
• Urban or charter school experience
• Experience with differentiated instruction and IEP implementation
