Supervise the operational activities and manage people in accordance with your senior management. Lead and support the eFX Spot team. Be responsible of hiring. Performance Management. Conduct under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner. Own the realized risk and PnL. Ensure successful and compliant operations. Analyze results, identify and drive improvements. Be responsible of data analysis and documentation.
