Shift Closer PositionThe Shift Closer is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient end-of-day operation. This role focuses on closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing the store for the next business day. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Shift Details:Part-time position with potential for up to 40 hours per weekShift hours: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AMMust be available nights, weekends, and peak seasons as neededKey Responsibilities:Execute all closing procedures in accordance with company standardsClean and sanitize all workstations, equipment, and customer areasWash dishes and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areasRestock inventory and supplies for the next day's operationsTake out trash and ensure proper disposal procedures are followedProperly shut down and clean equipment at the end of the nightMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSecure the store by following all closing and lock-up proceduresCommunicate any issues, low inventory, or maintenance needs to managementQualifications:Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standardsAbility to work independently and stay on taskReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsPrevious food service or retail experience preferred, but not requiredSkills & Attributes:Strong time management and efficiencyAccountability and dependabilityPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to follow processes and checklistsWhy Join Us:Consistent evening scheduleOpportunity for full-time hours (up to 40 hours/week)Supportive, team-focused environmentOpportunity for growth within the companyCompensation: $18.00 per hour At MilkShake Factory, we're on a mission to craft moments of joy through our handspun milkshakes and premium chocolates.
