Overview
- Candidate should have meaningful experience advising financial institutions, corporations, investment funds, and other sophisticated market participants on derivatives transactions and related regulatory matters.
- Advise clients on a broad range of derivatives and structured finance transactions, including swaps, options, forwards, futures, and other derivative products, as well as applicable derivatives regulations and compliance considerations.
- Draft, negotiate, and review ISDA Master Agreements, schedules, credit support documentation, confirmations, Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Securities Agreements, and Master Trading Agreements related to commodities.
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
