SVP Product Design Lead- AI

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX / Product Designer to join a highly collaborative product organization focused on building and evolving complex enterprise platforms. This is an opportunity for a design leader who thrives in solving challenging workflow and systems problems, enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, and can bring clarity and strategic thinking to large-scale user experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate complex enterprise environments, influence cross-functional teams, and create intuitive experiences for sophisticated products and platforms. You should be comfortable owning the design process end-to-end — from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX and product design initiatives across enterprise-scale platforms and applications
• Define user experiences for complex workflows, systems, and data-heavy products
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy and execution
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Drive design consistency and contribute to scalable design systems
• Use rapid prototyping and iterative design approaches to validate ideas quickly
• Advocate for user-centered design best practices across teams
• Present concepts, strategies, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership
• Help elevate overall design quality, process, and collaboration within the organization

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Proven expertise in end-to-end product design and UX methodologies
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with product and engineering teams
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complicated workflows and user journeys
• Excellent visual, interaction, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or other complex regulated environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern design workflows
• Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving product environments
• Strong understanding of collaborative, prototype-first product development approaches
