Our client is a prominent global property and casualty insurance firm that is seeking a SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis that will work closely with the CFO and COO. This executive will be leading the FP&A and strategic business initiatives for the firm, driving all finance and operational processes and scaling it for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and risk management
- Implement initiatives to accelerate strategy-related finance and reporting processes.
- Provide mentorship and management of staff in various geographic regions domestically.
- Ensure that all reporting requirements meet the financial communication needs of investors, rating agencies, and other external parties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or an adjacent field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably with property and casualty industry experience
- Strong financial analysis, revenue recognition, accounting, GAAP principles, and Oracle ERP knowledge
- Strong communication and proven leadership skills are a must.
