SVP FP&A (5788)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a SVP FP&A to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $250- $285k(depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 12+ years professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Extensive treasury management experience including working with banks and lenders
• Vendor management and vendor relations experience, especially in coordination with procurement teams
• Strong understanding of finance operations, FP&A, treasury, and accounts payable processes
• Ability to step into a high-level strategic role with potential for succession

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee a team of 5-6 FP&A professionals supporting US field operations and consolidated financial reporting
• Manage treasury activities, working with banks, lenders, and high-level financial discussions
• Supervise an AP team of approximately 10 staff, handling vendor management and procurement collaboration
• Step into vendor management issues as needed, ensuring smooth financial operations
• Support strategic financial planning and analysis to drive company growth
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on financial decision-making
