Sustainment Project ManagerThe Sustainment Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (ERHM-IO)-related sustainment activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:Providing general project management support for the EHRM-IO Sustainment TeamManaging the activities of other team members as neededDeveloping project plans, timelines and resource plans for sustainment activities/efforts as assignedEvaluating risk, cost, schedule and performance related to sustainment activities/effortsCoordinating and leading various teams and workgroups to accomplish sustainment activities/efforts; engaging with stakeholders across the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) programCoordinating, developing and/or contributing to a wide range of sustainment-related products and deliverablesPresenting sustainment-related products and deliverables across various settings and to various audiencesMaintaining sustainment materials, meeting minutes and other briefing documentsReviewing deliverables and providing recommendationsMinimum Qualifications:10+ years of professional work experienceExperience managing Information Technology related projectsBe well versed in life cycle and project management methodologiesExperience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progressBe able to identify and mitigate risksBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degreePreferred Qualifications:Experience with VAExperience supporting the Federal GovernmentExperience implementing Electronic Health Records
