Supporting the quality and governance of sustainability metrics, the full-time remote Sustainability Metrics AI Specialist will manage data quality controls, operationalize reporting requirements, and leverage AI and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities Support the development and continuous improvement of sustainability data strategy and governance processes Execute monitoring of sustainability KPIs and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with stakeholders Manage project plans for AI-enabled reporting and automation tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience Knowledge of GHG Protocol, CSRD, ESRS, SEC, and EU Taxonomy Experience evaluating the quality and accuracy of ESG disclosures Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI/automation concepts Strong analytical and project management skills
