Drax is seeking a Sustainability Forester to support responsible biomass sourcing for our renewable energy operations. Based near our US forestry supply regions, you will plan and oversee sustainable forest management and harvesting to supply biomass while protecting long‑term forest health.
Responsibilities include conducting inventories and growth assessments, auditing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. You’ll manage geospatial and sustainability data, support certification programs, and collaborate with landowners, contractors, and internal teams to advance Drax’s low‑carbon and sustainability goals.
