Sustainability AnalystSustainability Analyst Responsibilities:Develops methodologies and calculates complete Scope 3 emissions, particularly focusing on taking existing lifecycle assessments from internal analysis and external vendors and calculating them by GHG Protocol category.Consolidating initial Scope 3 GHG inventory data in various formats (Excel, PPT, dashboards) and breakouts (by scope, by goal / targets and by business division) as requested by Sustainability or internal teamsSupports cross-functional stakeholders responsible for collecting activity data for Scope 3, including data validation and surveys from site managers as appropriateSupports broader reporting of emissions by Sustainability team across Scopes 1, 2, 3, including performing initial cross-checks for accuracy and completeness of the data and emissions factors applied, including upload process to Salesforce Net Zero Cloud as requestedSupports process improvements, analysis, audits and reporting on GHG, climate and efficiency initiatives data collection methodsResearch individual topics as requested on GHG protocol or climate data accounting methods for Scope 3, including benchmarking from available public / external reports (ESG reporting, SASB, CDP, TCFD)Perform other duties as requested that support the success of Sustainability programSustainability Analyst Qualifications:Data analytics, research or related functional experience 3+Sustainability or greenhouse gas / carbon accounting experience 2+Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to take initiative and complete tasks with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to consolidate tabs from different spreadsheets, use existing formulas and functionality such as VLOOKUPProficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience using online content management and collaboration tools (i.e., SharePoint)Familiarity and understanding of greenhouse gas emission accounting standards and guidelines (GHG Protocol) and sustainability reporting systems such as CDPEducation Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental sciences or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience calculating Scope 3 emissions and/or conducting lifecycle assessmentsExperience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Net Zero CloudKnowledge of the telecommunications, technology and connectivity industriesExperience working directly for a large corporationPublic accounting or consulting experienceCompensation Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr Benefits Offered: (Health, Dental, Vision Insurance) Deadline: Applications accepted until 31st Oct 2025, 11:59 PM CST We are an Equal Pay Employer.
