Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and plate presentation
- Utilizing knife skills to prepare sushi ingredients
- Managing portion control and food cost
Required Skills:
- Experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
- Proficiency in wok, broiling, sautéing, and fryer techniques
- Knowledge of pastry making, soup making, and sauce making
- Ability to handle salads, grilling, and prep work efficiently
- Strong understanding of food cost management and portion control
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Japanese cuisine
