Or maybe the opportunity to improve the quality of life - not just for you and your family, but for the worldwide community at large?We have an excellent opportunity available in our Chicago O'Hare office for a Survey Manager.Essential job duties include:Exciting opportunity to expand and grow the survey team in ChicagoPursue prospective clients and survey assignmentsIncrease Net Revenue of Survey DepartmentPreparation of survey documents, including Plats and Legals, and interfacing with design staffManage survey projects (budgets, staffing, invoicing, contracts, etc.)Maintaining client contactsQA/QC of survey workField work may be requiredAssisting other offices with survey tasks as neededWe are considering Survey Manager candidates to join our team who possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relatable degreeA minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, surveying and managing projects with IDOT, City of Chicago, municipalities, and private developersIL PLS registrationExperience with Trimble survey equipment/software a plusProven track record in business developmentPrior management experience is preferredMicroStation and/or Civil3D experience preferredWhy GRAEF?
