🔎 What You'll Do

• Prepare boundary, ALTA/NSPS, easement, and topographic surveys
• Research and interpret deeds, plats, legal descriptions, title documents, and land records
• Lead and oversee field crews using electronic survey equipment
• Draft and QA survey documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Review ALTA/NSPS Table A requirements and title information
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams
• Manage project schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in client meetings and help drive projects to successful completion

✅ What You Bring

• Active Florida PLS/PSM license — required
• Professional land surveying experience
• Proficiency with electronic survey equipment
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
• Strong knowledge of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and easement surveys
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions and title documents
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, organized, and committed to quality
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week, with overtime or occasional weekends as needed
• Successful completion of required drug screening
