An established and growing 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 organization is looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗬 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗙 / 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗙 to lead field surveying crews throughout Richmond, VA.

This is an 𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 for someone who can step into a leadership role and confidently manage a crew in demanding field conditions.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢

• Lead and manage a survey crew of approximately 3–5 team members

• Perform and oversee land surveying activities in the field

• Coordinate daily field operations and ensure work is completed accurately and safely

• Work on a variety of surveying and infrastructure projects

• Communicate effectively with project managers and office personnel

• Maintain quality and productivity standards for the crew

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥

5+ years of surveying experience preferred

Previous Survey Crew Chief / Party Chief experience strongly preferred

Strong field leadership and crew-management skills

Valid driver's license

Comfortable working outdoors and on challenging terrain

Ability to work a typical 5-day schedule with occasional Saturdays

Willingness to travel throughout the Richmond area as needed

Travel outside the area may occasionally be required, with hotel and per diem provided.
