Survey Cad TechnicianAre we the road to your future?We are currently searching for an experienced Survey Cad Technician to support our Gulf Region located in Mississippi.What You'll Be Doing:Assist with field surveying activities, including operating and maintaining conventional and electronic survey equipmentConduct land surveys by measuring locations, boundaries, dimensions, points, lines, grades, angles, and distances for mapping, construction staking, and control establishmentCoordinate with survey field crews and prepare field packets and work orders for project executionProcess and quality-check field data, importing results into CAD environmentsPrepare survey deliverables using MicroStation and Autodesk Civil 3D, including topographic surveys, ROW mapping, digital terrain models, boundary surveys, parcel plats, and control surveysPerform records and title research, including abstracting and deed sketchesAssist in preparing metes and bounds descriptions under the supervision of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)What You Need To Have:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of surveying and/or CADD experienceFamiliarity with DOT survey standardsExperience with Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroStationWillingness to travel overnight and work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to work extended hours and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loadsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
