Survey Cad TechnicianOur client is an established multi-disciplinary engineering, land surveying, and architectural firm in the Denver region offering comprehensive civil engineering and structural engineering along with a complete range of land surveying and architecture services. They pride themselves on quality, cost effective realistic designs, customer satisfaction, and personal service.Responsibilities:Prepare drawings with good quality of plan production that includes use of appropriate labels knowledge of text size, line types and layer management.Support engineering design team with drafting of construction documents and completing redline.Produce various drawing specific to projects including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layout and construction staking.Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions and factors to consider for development including but not limited to legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents and condo documents.Serve as resource for design staff as it pertains to drafting practices and procedures.Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related surveying software packages to complete assignments on time and within our client's standards.Complete edits and modify plans as revised by agencies, municipalities and clients as directed.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Surveying or has an LSIBackground with pipe networks, and grading objects (feature lines, corridors, etc.).Have an understanding of Land Survey procedures and workflow, and familiarity with field notes, Deeds, and Plats.Understand and input construction plans (Site plans, Foundation Plans, Architecture Plans)Must be self-motivated and able to work in both a team environment and individually.Key Benefits / Perks :4+ weeks of PTO, w/ Paid Parental & Maternal LeaveHybrid work flexibilityCompetitive pay and bonus structure100% of Employee-only premium covered by clientEmissary, its affiliates and its clients, are Equal Opportunity Employers supporting diversity in the workplace.
