Surveillance Role Player

Job Description
This position will be a memberof a surveillance role-playing team conducting static, foot,vehicle and/or multi-mode surveillance of training personnel. ETSis looking for high-energy candidates that can operate in urbanand rural environments and under all weather conditions. Thisposition is part time as needed. This position will providetraining support in the Norfolk area including, but not limitedto, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake. Some travel will berequired.
Duties :

• Performfoot surveillance up to six miles per event; up to three eventsper day. Perform vehicle surveillance up to three hours per event;up to three events per day.
• Fullyunderstand and adhere to ETS surveillance techniques andprocedures.
• Providesurveillance roleplaying in direct support of clienttraining.
• Recordand maintain appropriate vehicle and surveillance logs inaccordance with ETS techniques and procedures.

Requirements
Skills/Qualifications :

• Mustbe a US Citizen.
• Possessa high school diploma, or a GED equivalent (although abachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred).
• Maintainappropriate level security clearance.
• Allpositions require successful completion of a five-panel drugscreening.
• Musthave a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record(no DUIs/DWIs), current auto insurance, and a 36-month cleandriving record.
• Abilityto read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Abilityto solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concretevariables in situations where only limited standardizationexists.
• Abilityto interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,diagram or schedule form.
• Becomputer literate with working experience using Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook or other calendar managementapplications.
• Mustbe in good physical condition; with the ability to walk up to 6miles per day; with the ability to drive or ride in a vehicle forup to eight hours per day.
• Atleast two (2) years of related experience is preferred.
• Shouldhave relevant knowledge in U.S. Marine Corps CI/HUMINTOperations.
• TeamLeaders (TLs) must have minimum of 5 years of prior,relevant/related team. leading experience (opportunities alsoexist for advancement to TL within the program).
