Job OpportunityWhy We Need Your TalentsThe Lead Operator is accountable to ensure the security and safety of our customers & team members as well as protecting casino assets via CCTV. The Lead Operator will assist in the development of newly hired Operators.ResponsibilitiesWhere You'll Make an ImpactObserve all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, count rooms and other areas for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.Operate monitor room equipment.Complete proper documentation as needed.Assist in the training and evaluation of Surveillance Operators.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsSkills You'll Need to SucceedKnowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Excellent customer service skills.A Few Must HavesA high school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of one (1) year experience in casino surveillance.Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.Physical RequirementsMust be able to sit for long periods of time.Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting.Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.Must have excellent vision and hearing.Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers.Must be able to stand and walk 30% of the time.What We OfferPerks We Offer YouComprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
