Surplus Lines Coordinator

To support the preparation and reporting of Surplus Lines filings across all 50 states, the remote Surplus Lines Coordinator will manage tax payments, ensure accurate billing in agency management systems, and reconcile discrepancies while maintaining compliance with state guidelines. Key responsibilities Generate and review weekly insurance company payables reports Ensure accurate billing of surplus lines taxes and fees and verify documentation from Sales staff Process payments for applicable fees and ensure timely submission to state agencies or Surplus Lines Associations Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Two or more years of related work experience in surplus lines filing and insurance payables preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products
