Seeking an experienced and visionary Surgical Technology Program Director, this full-time, 12-month academic position will lead, develop, and sustain a high-quality, accredited Associate of Science degree program, focusing on academic leadership, faculty supervision, and student success while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Key responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Surgical Technology Program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum aligned with industry needs and accreditation requirements Recruit, mentor, and evaluate program faculty while fostering a collaborative and inclusive teaching environment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technology, Health Sciences, or a related field Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of recent clinical experience in surgical technology Minimum of 2 years of teaching or instructional experience in an accredited surgical technology program Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
