Schedule
- Monday–Friday, Days: 7am–5pm, (4) 9.5-hour shifts
- STEMI On-Call: 13–15 shifts per month, which includes 2 weekends (Friday 5pm–Monday 7am)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, and interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data
- Provide procedural assistance to physician pre, intra, and post procedure
- Assess and manage access site and inform physician
- Adhere to on-call protocol for Cath Lab
- Prepare patient for procedures
Required Skills & Certifications
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist
- RCIS certification preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and IABP experience required
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
- RCIS or RT with Cardiac Cath Lab scrub experience
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
