Avera Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist for our Inpatient and Women’s Center teams in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment. In this role, you will prepare and maintain sterile fields, manage instruments and equipment, and anticipate the needs of surgeons and nurses during inpatient, obstetric, and gynecologic procedures. You will uphold strict infection prevention standards, perform accurate counts, and support patient positioning and safety. As part of a collaborative care team, you’ll contribute to quality outcomes while growing professionally within Avera’s supportive regional health system.
