Surgical Technologist
USPI Aloe Surgical Center is hiring a full‑time Surgical Technologist. The position requires a Certified Surgical Technologist with sterile processing experience. The role works in a fast‑paced ambulatory surgery center (ASC) under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Job Summary
Under direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures, prepares and maintains supplies, instruments and equipment, and acts as a key member of the surgical team. The successful candidate will support quality improvement activities and demonstrate competence across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry, and urology.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program, or at least two years of surgical technician experience.
- Prior experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation.
- Adaptable to changes in patient condition.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills with staff, patients and physicians.
