The role involves assisting surgeons by organizing and passing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, and supporting operative procedures across shifts including days, evenings, or nights.
The ideal candidate has completed an accredited Surgical Technologist Program, will obtain certification within a year, and maintain it thereafter.
