Role: Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.
• Ensure accurate instrument and sponge counts to support patient safety.
• Operate and care for sterilization equipment, and handle documentation and specimens.
• Collaborate effectively with a compassionate team committed to whole-person care and community service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and sterilization processes.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
