This role prepares operating rooms, ensures proper sterilization and availability of instruments, and assists surgeons and RNs during a wide range of surgeries. The Surgical Technologist maintains strict adherence to aseptic technique, anticipates surgical team needs, and helps manage supplies and equipment.
