Under the supervision of licensed staff, you’ll help prepare ORs, set up instruments and sterile fields, assist during procedures, and ensure proper equipment handling and turnover. You’ll uphold strict infection control and safety standards, accurately follow surgical counts, and support patient positioning and transport. This role offers exposure to diverse surgical cases, professional mentoring, and opportunities to build technical skills while continuing your education.
