Surgical Technologist

Pride Health is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our client's medical facility based in Bozeman, MT 59715 . This is a 13-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Weekly blended pay: $2,200-$2,600/week

Schedule: 10-12-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities: Function as the scrub technologist, maintain a safe sterile operating room environment, prepare and manage case carts, assist during surgical procedures, coordinate instrumentation and supplies, and collaborate with surgeons, RNs, Sterile Processing, and Materials Management.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or military equivalent), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), and AHA BLS certification.

Skills: Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, human anatomy, instrumentation, sterile technique, case preparation, preference cards, and OR workflow coordination.

Callouts: Responsible for communication with Sterile Processing, coordinating instrumentation, breaks, and supply management for scheduled and emergency procedures.
