North Texas Float Pool seeks a Seasonal Surgical Tech (PRN) to support partner hospitals across North Texas. In this flexible float role, you’ll prepare and maintain the sterile field, set up and pass instruments, and assist surgeons and RNs during a variety of procedures. Responsibilities include surgical counts, equipment troubleshooting, patient positioning support, and strict adherence to infection prevention standards. You’ll work in multiple facilities, gaining diverse OR experience within a collaborative, patient-focused culture that values clinical excellence, adaptability, and work–life balance.
