We are seeking a Surgical Technician to work closely with the surgical team during procedures, providing sutures, supplies, instruments, and maintaining sterile technique to ensure positive surgical outcomes.
Responsibilities Include
- Assisting surgeons and team members during surgeries
- Ensuring proper sterile procedures are followed
- Providing necessary surgical supplies and equipment
- Supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures
Qualifications And Skills
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program with active certification (NBSTSA, JCAHPO, or NCCT)
- Or military/Public Health Service training with continuing education
- Or relevant work experience in an ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or federal agency with required ongoing education
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
