Location: Templeton, CA

Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Times: 6:30 AM or 8:30 AM

Days: Rotating - days of the week are not fixed

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech/OR experience

Required Experience

Candidates must have strong recent experience scrubbing cases in:

Orthopedics

Total Joint/Total Replacement

GYN

General Surgery

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of OR/Surgical Tech experience

BLS/CPR certification

High school diploma/GED preferred

Associate/technical degree or equivalent experience preferred

Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR procedures

What You'll Do

Prepare and maintain sterile fields

Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies

Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures

Perform accurate sponge, needle, blade, and instrument counts

Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures

Prepare ORs according to surgical specialty

Assist with equipment and supply management
