In this role, you will assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, prepare surgical instruments and supplies, and support safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with direct patient care activities.
- Ensure surgical rooms are properly set up and stocked before procedures.
- Support daily operations of the surgical department.
- Maintain clinical competencies, certifications, and required training.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
- Adapt to changing patient and departmental needs while maintaining excellent patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required
- Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
