What You’ll Do:
Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile fields for surgical procedures
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, supplies, and medications
Maintain sterile technique and ensure operating room safety standards are followed
Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts with the RN team
Support surgical operations through equipment setup, patient transport, and supply management
What You’ll Bring:
OR experience or completion of a Scrub Tech program required
BLS certification required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient safety
