Surgical Technologist
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Charlton Memorial Hospital, part of Southcoast Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Surgical Tech with robotics, total joint, and endovascular experience to join a busy, advanced surgical team.
Position Details
- Location: Fall River, MA
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week
- Mix of:
- 8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- 10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Phone Interview Required
- Call Required:
- Weekday call following scheduled shifts
- Weekend call coverage
Compensation
- Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,122/Week
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
- Ensure proper functioning and availability of surgical instruments and equipment
- Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards
- Support a variety of surgical specialties, including robotic, orthopedic, vascular, and endovascular procedures
- Document and communicate effectively with the surgical team
Qualifications
- National Surgical Technologist Certification Required (NBSTSA or NCCT)
- Minimum 2 Years of Surgical Technologist Experience
- Da Vinci Robotics Experience Required
- Mako Total Joint Experience Required
- Endovascular Experience Required, including:
- TEVAR
- EVAR
- TCAR
- Angiograms
- Venograms
- Epic EMR Experience Preferred
