RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Surgical Tech / OR Tech II to support safe, patient-centered care in our operating rooms. In this role, you will prepare ORs, set up and verify surgical instruments and supplies, and maintain strict sterile technique throughout procedures. You will assist surgeons and nurses intraoperatively, anticipate instrument and equipment needs, and help with patient positioning and draping.
