Description:This position is for the OR department.The unit has 2 OR suites and a staff of 6, including 3 RNs and 3 CSTs.All staff work day shifts with a patient ratio of 1:1.The department uses EMR Meditech for record-keeping.Candidates must have CVOR experience.Scrubbing experience is preferred.Typical procedures performed include CABG, Thoracotomy, Endo AAA, Valve Replacement, and Pacemaker placement.The ideal candidate is flexible, knowledgeable, and a self-starter.Weekday, weekend, and holiday call are required.Dress code is light blue scrubs, which will be provided.
