Description: The CVOR Tech position involves surgical services within the cardiovascular operating room. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. BLS certification is necessary, and either NCCT or NBSTSA is preferred. On-call duties are required, including weekend coverage. Candidates will not float to other units to meet facility needs. Local candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility. Time-off requests will be considered on an individual basis upon offer acceptance. Only one time-off request is permitted per 13-week assignment. The facility is an acute hospital that has a Magnet designation and is a Level II Trauma center. This role includes a variety of surgical procedures related to cardiovascular care. Skills required include familiarity with a range of cardiac surgeries and techniques. Providers may float between nearby facilities if required. References covering the past year of experience will be needed. Candidates should ensure compliance with all job-related documentation. The requirement for cell phone communication devices will be provided by the facility as needed. No direct communication with facility contacts is allowed unless previously agreed upon for an interview.
