Required Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military equivalent
• Certification is mandatory (CST); must be certified if graduated after 01/01/2008. If not currently certified, certification must be obtained within 12 months
• Ability to scrub all levels of surgical procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills
• Capable of working under pressure in high-stakes environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous OR experience in a hospital setting
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Surgical Technology certification (CST) or eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months of hire
• Prior experience in surgical support is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to take call, including weekends
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
