Ensuring accuracy and compliance in surgical supply operations, the full-time Surgical Supply Operations Analyst will conduct audits, manage procurement, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue integrity within the healthcare facility's operating rooms, working in a hybrid schedule with both remote and on-site responsibilities. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough audits of operating room charges, verifying billing codes and documentation, and handling an average of 130-180 postings per day Ensure compliance with coding and billing guidelines while providing guidance to mitigate compliance risks and reviewing key operational parameters Analyze audit findings to identify trends, compile operational data, and prepare comprehensive reports to optimize revenue capture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, medical coding, and compliance if holding a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with an Associate's degree; or 6 years with a high school diploma/GED Experience in data analysis and reporting Experience in equipment repair and procurement within a healthcare setting, preferably in an operating room environment Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, coding, and billing guidelines
