Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

- Level II Trauma
- Ortho, Neurosurgery, CV, general, urology, GYN, GYN Onc, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, vascular
- 3 XI robots
- 30-35 cases/day
- Director reports to the Hospital COO
- 3 managers under Director
- 120 FTEs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 2+ years of Recent Acute Care leadership of Surgical Services Required
