Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Surgical Services Director! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!
Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Additional Information:
- 13 ORs + 2 CVORs
- 650-700 cases/month
Reporting Structure:
- Director reports into Hospital COO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 2 + years of Recent Acute Care Director of Surgical Services Required. (would accept several years of OR Manager experience in a large trauma center)
