Shift hours/Contract Length: (13 weeks)
On Call Requirement: Yes, On-call after shift hours Friday–Sunday during scheduled weeks Call requirement: Will take call at least two days of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need OT Days each week
RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission. Requests will only be accommodated if approved by the facility at the time of booking.
Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Pending Certification Accepted: No. Must have CST through NBSTSA

- BLS, CST through NBSTSA
Required Clinical Skills:
- CVOR experience, First Assist roles
- Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atherectomy, ASD repair, Cardiomyoplasty, CABG, ECMO, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, VAD management
Unit Details and Floating:
Patient Population & Unit Details: Average of 3 hearts/day
Floating: Yes. Floating required per Prisma Health policy. Staff may float to other units/campuses based on census and only to units they are qualified for and trained in. Float to the Main OR if CVOR volume is low.
