Cardiovascular Operating Room First Assistant

MUST be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically and CVOR independently SCRUB REQUIRED MUST HAVE 3s or 4s in vein harvesting and cardiac areas ASAP START DESIRED 05/04, 05/11, or 05/18 WILL ACCEPT RNFA AT DIFFERENT RATE, SEE CDM FOR RATE Shift: 8D/40W or 10D/40W Hours: 7a-3:30p 7a-5:30p Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40/week Call Requirement: 12-18 days/month Weekend Requirement: 2-3 weekends per month Will accept STFA or RNFA 5 years experience strongly preferred Previous travel experience strongly preferred. Float Requirement: General department FA coverage (including ortho, vascular, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries), when cardiac is not applicable Other requirements: CVOR experience required MUST be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically, scrub required independently.
