Surgical Scrub Technician — No Nights or Weekends; PTO

Cataract & Laser Institute in Fort Wayne seeks a certified Surgical Scrub Technician to support surgeons and nursing staff in operating room procedures. You will prepare the OR, pass sterile instruments, and maintain strict aseptic technique to ensure patient safety.

Requirements include high school diploma, current Cardiac Life Support, surgical tech training and certification, and OR experience. Team players with strong communication and infection-control knowledge are preferred.
