The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is an independent health care provider who coordinates care through collaboration with the surgeon, and provides perioperative/postoperative care for surgery patients as a key member of the surgical team.
The PA will participate in surgical first assisting, perioperative management, and work to the full extent of licensure with supervised autonomy, supporting high-quality patient care in New Jersey.
