This role is designed for an experienced neurophysiologist seeking clinical autonomy, complex case exposure, and a more balanced practice environment with supportive leadership and minimal micromanagement. Needs to live in/ near Corpus Christi!! 📍

Key Responsibilities
- Perform intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring during surgical procedures
- Support spine, neuro, ENT, and related cases
- Identify and communicate significant waveform changes in real time
- Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment during procedures
- Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation
Qualifications
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
- 2+ years of IONM / neuromonitoring experience
- Experience across multiple modalities
- Experience supporting spine, neuro, ENT, and cardiovascular procedures
- Strong communication and intraoperative decision-making skills
- Clinical background required
