We are pleased to offer a $15,000 sign‑on bonus for RNs with at least two years of ICU experience and a $10,000 relocation allowance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Chandler Regional Medical Center’s Intensive Care Units provide patient care to Level One Trauma, Cardiac Surgery, ECMO, Tandem, Neurology, Neurosurgery, and medical patients. Our 80‑bed ICU includes 36 medical‑surgical beds (12 CVICU), 32 surgical‑trauma‑neuro beds, and 12 cardiac care beds, all equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology. Chandler is a Level One ACS‑certified trauma center, an accredited stroke center, and a center of excellence for coronary artery bypass and mitral valve replacements. Patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2, and the ICU is staffed 24/7 by certified critical‑care intensivists.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the organization; apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in a fast‑paced, intense environment.
- Serve as a Surgical‑Trauma‑Neuro ICU Nurse, delivering direct nursing care to neurology, neurosurgical, Level I trauma, and general surgery patients in a 32‑bed unit.
Dignity Health offers an Education Benefit program for eligible employees after 180 days. The program provides debt relief and student‑loan assistance, up to $18,000 over five years for full‑time employees (up to $9,000 for part‑time). Advanced practice providers and faculty physicians may receive up to $90,000 if hired within a year of completing residency or fellowship; part‑time providers up to $45,000.
Job Requirements
- One year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty (ICU).
- ADN, diploma, or foreign equivalent.
- Current Arizona state RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS provider card.
- Current ACLS card, to be obtained within six months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Pay Range
$35.00 – $58.63 per hour
