Surgical Health Information Coder I/III

UC San Diego Health's Revenue Cycle department supports the organization's mission to deliver outstanding patient care and to create a healthier world. This role assigns ICD and CPT codes for ancillary and surgical services and abstracts data for quality and financial management.

Depending on experience and licensure, the position may be filled at Health Information Coder level I or level III, with opportunities to work overtime as needed. Employment is subject to background checks.
